Clare McNulty

Having lived and worked in Ballarat all my life I continue to maintain a deep connection with our local community and the people in it.  My professional background in allied healthcare has been extensive, accumulating over thirty years including experience in aged care, Gandarra Palliative Care Unit as a Pastoral Practitioner and as the Coordinator of Pastoral Services at St John of God Hospital for over ten years.

My experience as a Pastoral Manager /Practitioner required me to work individually with patients and their families to support them through some of the most challenging times in their lives. This combined with my skills and experience in palliative and pastoral care have provided me with strong foundations in the allied health and wellbeing sector.

Now operating my own practice, ‘Inspire U Hypnotherapy’, I have observed the incredible capacity of the human mind to move from trauma to triumph through hypnosis. I have witnessed significant change for many of my clients, by using hypnotherapy to tap into the subconscious mind where they have been able to create new patterns of behaviour and develop resources to achieve their goals.

Hypnotherapy can empower clients to release anxiety and stress, overcome phobias, limiting beliefs and in turn it can optimise positive thinking, motivation, confidence, self- respect and creativity. Hypnosis can also support clients to Quit smoking, vaping, gambling, alcohol, overeating and much, much more.
